Horrible company to rent from. They didn't give me all of my security deposit because my 3 other roommates destroyed the place.which I moved in after they had lived there for a year or so. While my room was spotless. I should've gotten $550 back but they gave like $300. They are greedy landlords who also don't give advance notice when entering the apartments. Go to the ave or the reserve when looking for apts !

Terrible property managers. They lie about charges that they have not completed, or try to charge you for damages already done to the house when you sign. They will walk into your house without notice (illegally) and fail to respond to concerns efficiently. They are basically slum lords and have gotten away with it for far too long. Do not rent from them! If I could put 0 stars I could.

They will drag you thinking you will have a chance to live there then deny you after getting your hopes up for weeks thinking you have a place to live. Terrible people to work with even when you ask upfront about something they should know the answer to.
