They really got on my nerves, hated dealing with them. We had a renewal deadline of 6/30. They sent the emails for the application several weeks late, took several phone calls/emails from roommate to finally get them sent, and then took several more days to get technical problems with the applications to get sorted (we were dealing with Cassidy and she was consistently late on emails or unresponsive, as well as being unfamiliar with the Rent Cafe platform), eventually some had to fill them out on the phone. Took several more days after for screenings, and then we were told the wrong information about approval so we weren't able to get approved in time (given the wrong information about a cosigner). Despite all these problems we got approved only six days after the renewal deadline, but they wouldn't make an exception, despite the delays being out of our control, leading rent to be upped $445 from what it said on our applications. From there Cassidy seemed not to understand that she'd sent us a mid-term lease instead of a new one, then after several emails/calls was unable to upload the new lease online, making the process even more complicated. Overall incredibly frustrating, and difficult, far more than needed. I appreciate all the help from them, but there was so much in their control that they did/didn't do which made my, and my roommates, lives harder.

It’s not often we need maintenance but when we do, Scott and Harold are very professional and efficient. It’s clear they care about the quality of their work. Also, we appreciate Elyse’s communication. She responds quickly with relevant information and addresses our concerns as they come up. These 3 are definitely assets to your company!

There is a reason they have a F grade by the BBB. They buy out management and then jack up current residents prices so they can get new people in. Cassidy Cobb never answers her phone and the Thurston Co manager Nadine doesn’t answer her phone. Whatever you do, do not rent from anywhere Fulcrum takes over. They will jack up your rent and force you out. Edited to add the also knowing break renter move out laws which I am currently working with them about. Also a bunch of employees writing reviews name dropping Cassidy because I name dropped negative things that Cassidy did is actually funny and untrue. They will be reported as fraud. They also waited and disputed the security deposit refund. Honestly worst company ever to work with.

I’m not really sure where to start but I’m going to just rave about Joseph F for a minute here. I have had my life rocked for a couple weeks by unfortunate turns of events that required me to look for housing asap. Looked online and 444 serenity caught my eye so I booked an appointment for a tour. Little did I know what I was getting myself into. I was met with the most personable, kind, hilarious property manager I’ve ever met. He was real about the expectations, environment, what to expect. He was willing to jump around units with me when I just couldn’t make up my mind on the wonderful options available. I had one specific unit in my heart that I was pretty disappointed about not being able to apply for but, Joseph made it happen. He got me my dream unit and has completely changed the trajectory of the journey I’m on. I don’t think he knows the impact he’s just made but I will forever be grateful that I met Joseph and booked the tour. Joseph, you are helping me achieve a dream that I didn’t know I wanted this badly. Thank you.

Fulcrum took over management of a community I lived in for almost a decade. Aniyah never introduced herself just came by with rent increases every 2 months until most of the tight knit community was forced to vacate so she could try to flip the units for a extremely high price. I was sad to lose my neighborhood, my neighbors. But 17 out of 24 had to leave because of her poor ability to read the market and their lack of ethics. Worst PM I have ever dealt with. I’m happy I hear it’s under new management with the goal of rebuilding the environment we once had before fulcrum took over.
