Hands down one of the best places to live, especially for college students. The amenities are great with a gym, pool with hammocks (my personal fav), an entertainment space, and plenty of study areas. The office staff truly stands out!! They build genuine connections with residents and always plan fun events like bingo night and the duck finding challenges with prizes like a Ninja Creami and gift baskets. They also do little things for national holidays, like handing out treats for National Donut Day or Chocolate Day, which honestly makes your morning better as you’re heading out to class or to study. It really feels like a community here. Best student apartments in NOLA!

I love living here as a resident . They are very communicative and helpful . It is clean and up to date . If you do ever have a problem, the staff and maintenance men are on it efficiently and effectively . Shout out to my favorite guy Mr. Marion ! I think my apartment secretly just wants to be visited by him lol . He is definitely a light in the community and he remembers the little things about you !

Whether it’s answering questions or helping with move-in logistics, they go above and beyond. One of the biggest highlights has been how quickly maintenance requests are addressed. It’s reassuring to know that if anything comes up, the team is on it right away, keeping everything running smoothly. The amenities are outstanding—a beautiful rooftop patio with views of New Orleans, a pool, a gym, study rooms, and even a free coffee machine that my son swears by during finals week. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and productivity, tailored for student life. Most importantly, the complex feels incredibly safe. As a parent, that’s everything. The secure environment means I don’t have to worry about break-ins or safety concerns, and my son can focus on his studies and enjoy his college experience. I wholeheartedly recommend The Residences at LSU Health to any parent looking for a secure, welcoming, and well-equipped home for their student. I love these apartments, very student oriented. The staff, environment and community as a whole is great! Definitely recommend if looking for a nice place to stay!
