Magnolia Place Townhomes, natchitoches-la

Really enjoying my experience at Magnolia Place Townhomes so far. The community is peaceful, the property is well-kept, and any maintenance requests get handled quickly. It’s a comfortable place to come home to, and the overall atmosphere just feels positive and welcoming. Definitely glad I chose to live here.

The upside is that the location is nice but there is many downsides. When the backyard was being mowed a rock was slung through my kitchen window shattering it which was no big deal except that I lived there for a year and a half with half a kitchen window before it was replaced, my entire kitchen light fixture fell from the ceiling and shattered, the stove vent never worked and was never replaced so I couldn’t cook without smoking out the apartment, on top of all that whenever I moved out I barely got half my deposit back after I left the apartment spotless and one of the reasons put on the paperwork is “cat hair” even though I paid a $500 nonrefundable pet deposit and paid an extra 25 dollars a month just to have my cat live there. one of the other reasons was stove pans being dirty and needing to be replaced but the issue with that is that I actually bought four brand new stove pans and installed them in the stove so that they couldn’t claim my stove pans were dirty. It comes off like no one even walks through the room and just comes up with generic claims to not pay you half your deposit.

While looking for an apartment or house, I was able to speak with Ms. Bettye and Ms. Misha. They provided one of the nicest experiences I have ever had with an apartment. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Although the prices are higher than most apartments in the area, Magnolia Place is worth it for the pristine condition of the apartments and the quiet neighborhood. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone.

Magnolia Place Townhomes is a very beautiful and very convenient place to live. The property management is very thorough with making sure the grass is cut properly and in a timely manner. I did have an issue with my dishwasher not working properly and the maintenance staff were quick to respond. They couldn’t resolve the problem the first time they came out so they had to order a part and make a second trip but they were great at explaining what was going on.

I was visiting my friend in LA last week and she asked me to go with her to look at a townhouse at Magnolia Place Townhomes. I was very impressed with what I saw. The townhouse was very spacious especially the bedrooms. Also having a washer and dryer is a very nice feature to have. Outside of the townhouse was very clean and the lawn was highly maintained. My friend love the outdoor setting and decided to sign a lease. If I lived in LA I would moved there too!
