I moved out a few months ago, but we had been in our apartment since the month it opened (just over two years). My friends and I lived in one of the 3 bedroom layouts. There are a lot of things to consider when looking for apartments, and Signature Music Row does have a LOT of qualities that I miss at my new apartment. I was looking to leave downtown Nashville which was one of the reasons I did not renew my lease. The valet trash system was a great feature. The company Signature hired to take care of this was always on top of things, and management always worked to make sure residents were following rules. The hallways never had an odor and always smelled fresh. The quality of apartments was decent. They had a modern design. While we had some issues with our apartment, maintenance and Victoria always took things very seriously, even if it was just a minor problem. You will not find that everywhere, and it was great to have staff that genuinely cared. 90% of the time, we were properly reimbursed for any problems that affected us. You can hear your upstairs neighbors a bit, but that seems to be a problem in most apartment complexes and it was not nearly as bad as the previous place we had lived. The layout we had was very spacious. The amenities were good. I enjoyed the pool almost every day during the first summer I was a resident at this building. It was always very clean and while it was a bit small for a building with 105 apartments, it never felt crowded! The gym was very nice as well. The rooftop lounge was nice. As far as the parking, it is not the best I’ve seen but also not the worst. As college students with minimal family living in town, it worked for a while. They used to have plenty of open parking across the street, which Metro soon took over like every spot in the downtown area. That complicated things because we would have friends over a lot. The garage is definitely too small for the amount of people living there, but since we were one of the first apartments to move in, all 3 of us had parking spots for the time that we lived there. Pest control is great. Security is great. We had an issue with car break-ins in the beginning, but we were properly reimbursed and gates were added to the garage soon after. Since then, I had always felt safe in the parking garage, even at night. All in all, I would say our experience was positive for the most part. I would recommend this place to some, but it depends on what you’re looking for. As a graduate student it was great and my friends and I had the best times hanging out at our apartment and walking to all kinds of different places downtown! It is walking distance from both Belmont and Vanderbilt. Positives: - Victoria and the maintenance team - Location & view (we had a beautiful view of downtown) - Price (it was a bit pricey like every place in Nashville, but very affordable for roommates and much less expensive than where I live now) - Mail system - Pest control - Valet trash - Noise level Negatives: - Guest parking & parking in general - Building quality (looks nice but seems to be built cheap) - Elevator (this sounds strange, but in a building of this size it seemed like there should have been at least 2) - Cleanliness of pets (lots of accidents in the elevator, but to me this seemed like more of a respect issue on the resident side than a management issue)

It’s hard to leave a review when we had two very different experience from start to finish. We were one of the first residents to move in after they finished construction. Everything was great at the start. Everyone is super friendly and upkeep of amenities and common spaces was great. After we hit the year mark things kind of started to fall apart. Amenities stopped working, health and safety concerns, and change in leasing staff all played a role in a negative shift. They are now just starting to fix everything and should be done in the next couple of weeks but we just moved out so that’s a little unfortunate. Residence weren’t doing the best job cleaning up after themselves/pets in common areas, which was a little frustrating as well. I will say Victoria is amazing and truly cares which had been such a blessing. I personally think the bigger issue is upper management. In terms of the unit themselves, they are nice and modern. You can hear your upstairs neighbors if you have them so be wary of that as well. I don’t think this apartment will be in good shape in 5 to 10 years from now though. Maintenance was usually pretty quick as well. Overall, our experience was good not great and I would expect more from a ‘luxury’ apartment.

Unfortunately writing this because we won’t be resigning our third year lease as much as we wish we could stay. Fair warning that the floors are extremely thin, we could hear our previous neighbors upstairs with no issues- including having a dog- but our second neighbor that moved in has been hell on earth and “they can’t do anything about it” that we have to just live with for another 5 months. Construction also started directly next door, 6 days a week, at 8 am. I’m writing this because when we moved to Nashville, the reviews about new construction was a huge help in picking a location. Such a shame we cant swap apartments knowing there’s plenty of open units and have been Tenants with no other issues for two years + (yes, aside from the carbon monoxide poisoning we also dealt with). It’s a great space if you can deal with noise that will disturb your mental health, but if you can block it all out- good luck!

I have not rented yet, but did a tour. Victoria actually was on her way off work and came back to show me some units! She was so nice and welcoming and professional. Human touch, which is not something you get with a lot of apartments.... A real genuine person and not a fast talking sales agent... Of all the apartment complexes, I toured, it was her treatment tat made me still think of signature as a potential place to live

My move into the building has been seamless. Upon arrival the staff greeted me and supported me with my initial move in process. They have been a joy to work with. The building itself is also gorgeous from the pool to the gym. Everything has been five stars. Any issues I have had were cleared up before end of day. Amazing service and safe location. I could not be happier with this apartment.
