Management is unhelpful, unresponsive, dismissive, and makes living here an overall terrible experience. Don't hold your breath if you have any emergency maintenance needs or have complaints about neighbors. Pick another place to live.

apartments are super not only super small with no storage, the walls are super thin. i spent most of my days listening to neighbors dogs barking. i’ve asked for help from middletown on contacting owners and they do nothing.

These are nice renovated apartments! I like the quiet area and how you can decorate/personalize the little area right outside the units.

posting under a fake name to keep my privacy. super small, walls are thin, no closet, neighbors smoke week making my unit smell, i’ve complained and they do nothing.

known 2 different people stayimg there and both buildings are full of bed bugs and the owner dosent want to get rid of them properly which is just scattering them to other appartments i wouldnt suggest any one be here full of bed bugs and other bugs
