Cottage Place Apartments, millersville-pa

Price goes up annually, which is why only MU college students can typically afford to rent here now. For only $60 more a month you can go to Brookwood or somewhere else nearby and have a washer & dryer in your apartment, new restroom, and spacious kitchen facilities. Our kitchen is so tiny we barely cook in it. I have never missed a rent payment or caused trouble at the apartment complex. Majority of the residents have moved out. My lease ends in 2 days (during the pandemic,) and my summer job & summer housing were canceled. Eric Morgan (the leasing manager over at Prospect Leasing & Management) denied my request to overstay & pay monthly, just for 1-2 months, despite me explaining my suddenly arisen hardships. No one is renting rooms right now. When I failed to find somewhere to move during the last month of my lease, despite desperate scrambling, I overstayed the lease and will now be charged double rent and “any damages & fees they incur.”

Apartments are clean and nice enough, dated with some quirks, but clean and livable. The bedrooms are a reasonable size and the living space is nice. Be careful of what unit you get, as some units have weird layouts (Such as the unit below me has it's fridge across the hall in a closet). But for the price and location, it's a great place to live as a student at Millersville

Apartments are good enough for the price.
