This place deserves zero stars, while my sister stayed in the apartments her car got broken into, nobody was able to help, I had to drive 6 hours to come get her because the environment was unsafe. She continues to call about getting her deposit back it's been a month and some change and they keep making excuses on giving her, her money.

I had two cousins that recently stayed here! Nothing but bad things started happening as soon as they moved in! The apartments are not GATED and their cars were broken into multiple times. Poor management, they could care less and have no sympathy for what goes on their property. They do not answer when they know you have a problem they will ignore you for weeks! False advertising that their apartments are Gated, when they’re clearly not! Online they make it look so amazing and safe and that’s not the case. Months later my cousins are still waiting on their deposit that was promise to them after they moved out! All the apartments have mold!! Maintenance comes and fix things and leave your door unlocked. Coming from another state, I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to live here!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. What a horrible place to live! My car was broken into—THIS PLACE IS NOT GATED. I had to wait a week to speak to someone after the incident. No help at all! Secondly, they treat their residents so poorly because we’re young adults, and they think they can get away with it! I was living with mold; they tried to move me to a different apartment (which was dirty). My options were to live in the junky apartment or in mold (I have all the receipts). I went through so much, and no one was helpful. They never answer the phone! My lease has ended, and I’ve yet to receive my deposit. No one is answering me. Lastly, the maintenance men were eating my things while I was at work; they always left the lights on while fixing the place, and I was responsible for the light bill. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Tiger Estates is a prime location near the Highland Strip and within walking distance from the U of M. We appreciate the spacious bedrooms with large walk-in closets and individual bathrooms. Highly recommend this community!

Amazing value for college students and young adults looking for their first place. Conveniently located within close proximity of the University of Memphis. Clean, private suite. What college student wouldn't want their own bathroom!!!
