The Lofts @ 1633, mankato-mn

The lofts is a nice place to live. It has a nice modern look. It is pricey and for the price you pay there are some better options for college living. Within my first week of living here the air conditioning has gone out twice when it’s 90° outside but the maintenance is really great to work with and do good work. The staff is moderately responsive to problems or questions. The parking is decent but not enough parking spots for all tenants but they give you a pass to park on campus. The site manager is great to work with!

I’m not quite an official resident of The Lofts yet, but that doesn’t mean I don’t already have good words to speak about the staff and property! The Lofts is one of the safest, cheapest, newest, and exciting properties in the area, and I’m more than excited to move in in August! Carli, the leasing manager with both The Lofts and their sister location at The Quarters, is a fun, professional, and lively lady who made my touring experience all the better! I felt comfortable and that all of my questions had been answered to their fullest extent while touring, and I was excited to work with her during the signing process! I HIGHLY recommend signing your lease with one of these two fabulous properties!

The Lofts are conveniently located within walking distance of campus but it doesn't feel like you're living in cheap on campus housing. They have spacious open floor plans with a classic design. Plus you're right above some of the best places to eat! There is designated parking so you don't have to worry about where you're leaving your car. The RENTMSU staff is always easy to get in touch with and maintenance is efficient.

The lofts have been recently updated, so it's super nice inside. However, people like to leave trash everywhere outside, so that's a downside. The building is a block away from campus and on top of many restaurants.

The Lofts are very convenient since they are located close to Minnesota State University, Mankato, which is where I go to school. It is only a one block walk to class. The apartments are very specious and have a lot of natural light that comes in. Management is always very helpful and takes care of everything needed in a timely manner. I would recommend any college student to live here!
