Smith & Royer Apartments, macomb-il

Lived here for 15 months. Enjoyed my time here. Tammy is a great person, and Kevin was invaluable. Loved my apartment so much, and every issue was treated with speed. Still grateful for how Tammy handled my issues and worked with me in the peak of winter, especially due to the circumstances in which I moved in (thanks to Macomb Rentals). Amazing complex. Amazing people!

My son lived here for 18 months & had a great experience. Tammie is awesome and communication is amazing. Apartments are super clean and the very few times maintenance was needed, Kevin was responsive and very helpful. In unit washer & dryer was a huge bonus.

Slum Lords. They will keep your initial deposit under all circumstances. You will not get it back. They will 100% come up with various excuses to keep the deposit, regardless of how well you took care of the apartment. Apartments are not well maintained, and the landlady at the front office is seriously just trying to take as much money that she can get from you as possible. Do not rent here, you will regret it.

Tammie and Kelvin are 2 amazing people, very cool and kind. Always ready to help in anyway they can and they are friendly as well. The cost of rent is cool as well and the management is top notch, always doing all they can to keep the environment clean and safe for the tenants. I give it to the both of them, it's my 9 months here, still living here and I've got to give it to them. You guys are doing a great job!! From Damilare!

I lived at Smith & Royer Apartments for a year and had a great experience. The management team is straightforward and communicative, which made the entire process: from move-in to move-out, smooth and stress free. Anytime something needed fixing or wasn’t working properly, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I appreciated their efficiency and reliability. Overall, I had no concerns during my stay and would definitely recommend this complex to others.
