I have been here 3 years, and the location is perfect. If you are a Campbell Student, it is right across the street from Campus making walking a plus. The company and staff are attentive, friendly and responsive!

Renter Beware! Place was nothing like the one they showed. Fridge and washer/dryer were rusted. There was mold in bathroom ceiling and air conditioner area which they never fully fixed. Then they just charged us for full painting and cleaning to take most of out deposit. We absolutely cleaned and they said painting was required due to 'excessive nail holes', also untrue and a few nail holes are usually accepted by most places. My roommate was charged the exact same thing so I think this is just what they do since it is hard to prove differently and then not much you can do to dispute it.

I lived in this apartment complex for four years, and my experience was marred by the consistently terrible customer service and poor communication. The management's tendency to tell tenants what they want to hear rather than the truth is both frustrating and deceptive. (I stayed because of the price but honestly not worth the mental strain) One particular incident stands out: I had a face-to-face conversation with Amy Roberts, requesting that she at least inform me about when a new roommate would be moving in. She assured me she would keep me updated, but that promise turned out to be hollow. The lack of follow-through was just one example of their broader communication issues. Furthermore, their system for handling utility payments is unnecessarily convoluted. You’re expected to pay utilities separately from the rent, with each payment incurring its own fee. This arrangement is not only inconvenient but also adds extra costs that feel unfair. Recovering my security deposit was a major ordeal. I was given the run-around for several days before I finally managed to get in touch with someone who could assist me. This delay and lack of clear communication were incredibly frustrating and only added to my dissatisfaction. The frequent turnover of property managers—three different ones in four years—speaks volumes about the instability and lack of continuity in management. This constant change likely contributes to the poor service and communication issues. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against living in this apartment complex. The persistent issues with customer service, communication, and management have made my time here unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have been calling the leasing office for over a month trying to get in touch with a property manager regarding an apartment for my daughter. I have left numerous messages, only to have had my call returned once and of course I missed the call. I have also stopped by the office on two different occasions during their posted business hours and the doors are locked. How do you expect to lease your apartments if potential residents cannot contact you?

The apartment itself is fine, however the appliances and apartment itself needs renovation for the price they charge. The management however, can be sometimes unresponsive in a very serious situation. They let the phones ring, emails sit in the inbox, and it’s all a fake cover up, all they care for is money and not the residents situation. Maintenance has been good at fixing work orders, but the leasing office needs serious work when it comes to caring and responding to people on a timely manner.
