The phase 1 housing is the best! Full sized beds, nice rooms, and awesome front desk staff. Moises has helped us about a hundred times since the spring before my son moved in. We couldn’t be more pleased and happy we are that we chose phase 1. I guess we will be back for 3 more years!!

The dorms are really nice for what their price, but the biggest issue is the mandatory meal plan. The common rooms are also pretty dirty, (the chairs are ripped and stuff). The oven and microwave are nice but it would be nice to have at least one public stove top. Some things are annoying like, the elevators and entrance doors break randomly. They usually take a bit to be fixed as well, when I personally feel they should be a higher priority. The pool is nice, but it would be nice to be able to use it at night. Overall it's pretty nice to live on campus, if it wasn't required for me to have a meal plan and all the bad furniture was replaced.
