Advantage Point Student Apartments, kutztown-pa

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is really nice and comes furnished, which made moving in incredibly easy. Everything feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the space is comfortable and functional. The staff and management are friendly and helpful, and The amenities make day-to-day life a lot more convenient. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-kept apartment with great amenities and a convenient location.

I really enjoyed living at Advantage Point. The community was always well maintained, peaceful, and comfortable, which made it a great place to call home. Management was friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and they were always responsive whenever anything was needed. Overall, it was such a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Advantage Point to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.

My roommates and I moved in spring semester of sophomore year after Kutztowns Golden Bear Village South disappointed us with constant issues. We didn’t have any of those issues at advantage point. We were always greeted warmly by the office, who helped us with any issues that we had, were able to decorate each of our rooms how we wanted and had a great time the last two years. Advantage point had all the furniture and utilities we needed included with the room, and everything worked out great. Much happier living here than I ever was on campus, and I’m sad that I had to move out for my college internship, but I’ll definitely stop by when I’m back up for graduation.

I lived here for several years and loved it! It's conveniently located to the college and downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The building is well maintained, staff is super friendly and rent was reasonable - especially considering all of the included amenities and utilities.

We had a great experience touring Advantage Point! They offer so many amenities that make it feel like home and a resort at the same time. The office staff was also welcoming and super helpful..I would recommend checking it out!
