I have lived at Student Quarters for the past year and I am releasing for this upcoming school year. I cannot say enough incredible things about my expereince at Student Quarters. Student Quarters used to have not the best reputation and some poor reviews in the past, but I believe it currently truly has addressed every single concern that was raised. I originally was terrified to live off-campus, due to some very poor reviews at most apartments nearby. Though, I believe that SQ has made incredible improvements to breakthrough a once poor reputation in the past. I LOVE David McInturff, the Supervisor Maintenance Man, he is SO kind and helpful!! Student Quarters has been an incredible home for me, and presented me no critical issues. I have really enjoyed the Buc Shot, the security, and the ease of living here as a student. My only recommendations is that it's tennants are required to be ETSU students, as to avoid rooming with a grown adult who is not a student. I have loved my experience at SQ!!!

Great property, with a lot of amenities! They did a lot of upgrades this past summer that I loved! The staff always goes above and beyond when helping with any sort of issue. They also have some of the most affordable prices in the area. I cannot recommend SQ enough!

I will try to put this as professional and kind as I can. While living in Student Quarters ONLY for 3 months now (took over a lease in March), I have only experienced very minor issues, such as unnecessary amounts of mold growing and parking, but the apartment itself has been pretty normal. My issue unfortunately revolves around the leasing aspect. I moved in in march, which was very simple process and the individual who worked with us was very kind. But as I went to renew my lease in April, I was denied because they already gave my room away. While I understand that SQ is constantly having people in and out, it is pretty frustrating to already have your room be given away in a month, or probably like 2 days after signing my lease. When I went to the leasing office to ask the office what to do in this situation, the individual working showed no interest in my concern, and informed me I would have to take over ANOTHER lease for the fall AND they had no openings. So now I have to apartment hunt all over again and be moved out of my apartment I was only able to enjoy for what will initially be 5 months. I find the renewing lease process to be very disrespectful to the people already living in the units.

Where do I start Move in conditions nasty - dirty floors nasty fridge floors sticky black hand prints on the walls etc etc Let them know they came in painted over the mess and said they would be back to clean the floors and never returned My daughter has lived here 11 days In those 11 days the water heater has went out TWICE flooded the floor down the hallway And then yesterday the toilet in the apartment above over flowed and she had toilet water leaking through her ceiling see video Trying to get out of this lease I think they owe me my money back DO NOT RENT HERE

Leasing office and maintainance team did an excellent job! This is a wonderful apartment for many reasons. 1. Near to ETSU. 2. Large parking lot. 3. Free parking and free parking permit. 4. They have resident portal App. Every one can tell Leasing office your problems and they will assign jobs to maintainance team and they will solve your problems. 5. This apartment has six very big dumpsters. They also provide small trash can at the outside of the stair. Keep clean is everyone's responsibility. 6. Before staying in this apartment, every one will have the background check, so it increases safety. 7. They have the security to keep our safety. 8. If you have a package, Leasing office will keep it in the locked drawer in the leasing office. They will text you, and you can use the password to open the locked drawer and receive your package. 9.
