Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all! It sounds like the young lady I spoke with was still laying in bed. I had to keep saying hello because she acted as if she was stuck and had no response to any question that was asked. She also hung up on me. There needs to be a sweep through the housing department to get rid of all staff that are unprofessional and don’t want to do their job and give the jobs to people who do. There also has been issues with getting ahold of someone in that office for several months!! Terrible experience with housing!

Never respond to emails or calls in a timely manner, staff has even been rude to me and my parents on several different occasions. It is always a struggle to get things fixed and worked out with them.

Living on campus in the apartments was the worst mistake I've ever made. It's expensive, small, noisy, and gross. My stove hasn't worked all year and no matter how many work order I submit no one will even message me back. The appliances are older than I am and the windows are so poorly insulated it's freezing in our apartment in the winter. Do not live in the apartments unless you have no other choice, honestly your best bet is to live off campus, either by yourself or with some roommates. It's cheaper and you'll probably be much happier, especially if you have a maintenance person who can come fix your stove so it doesn't set off the fire alarms anytime it's turned on.

They are very unhelpful and no one in the building even knows what’s going on half the time. Most unorganized college housing organization I’ve seen. Workers are super rude when you call and they give you false info. No wonder everyone lives off campus

Worst housing office ever. I would not recommend living on campus to any students. Literally made my freshmen year awful.
