Over $800 a month for paper thin walls and floors and expensive laundry. The apartment was hardly used for the spring semester and was deep cleaned with no issues when leaving. Yet, got charged $85 for stove, floor, and oven cleaning that was unnecessary. Wanted to rebuttal, but you get 10 days from the date the letter was mailed. Was gone for a few days and the time was already passed by the time I saw the letter. Just ridiculous.

Overpriced for cheap quality. You're effectively paying about $350 for the space and $700+ for the location. Cheap appliances, construction, etc. Internet was notably awful, not great for zoom meetings, gaming, etc. Seems like they have some kind of cheap charter business package, with no alternative options available. This is without even considering that its a Bradway Enterprises apartment, which means you aren't getting your full initial deposit back unless you never move into the room.
