The move-in process we had last year was a mess, but we gave them grace due to the transfer to new management. Since then, things have been amazing. A few times, the office has been closed unexpectedly, but since the new year, they send email updates on that. They got garages and carports under control now. They added security cameras, so the homeless people hanging around at night and police activity has been near nonexistent now. They finished fixing the playground that was closed for who knows how long. They fixed the trash problem. Whenever I've contacted the office about anything, I usually get a same-day or next-day response. The community is lively. Kids are running around during the day. There are several pets. The parking lot is starting to fill up. I see a new moving van for people moving in every week. They even have had a couple community events that I've unfortunately missed. This new management is doing great. I don't know if they've fixed everything with the move-in process, but the community is safer, more lively, and is getting fixed. I hope it continues!

You have to pay to park here each month as a tenant. You also have to pay to have more then one car , so if you’re a family that has two cars expect to be paying for both Monthly , as well as your guest need too even if their stay is as short as a hour everytime. Be ware their inspections usually last a week long & they give theirselves access to your unit without ever giving you a specific time & day. They’ve walked in without knocking every inspection I’ve been through. Most apartments usually slap a sticker on or give u a number, but I guess move here if you’re interested in getting your pockets ran or if you love random men coming into your apartment when they feel like it & prolonging that process because they’re unorganized!

Applied here a month ago went in person to fill out paperwork for a 1 bedroom and was told there was available 2 bedrooms at that moment, i agreed to apply for the 2 bedroom. I had already paid the application fee and turned all paperwork that same day. I have called to get updates, the first couple weeks I would get a call back but now I get nothing. I have sent emails asking for an update and have yet to receive an email back. The last I spoke to Max he said there wasn't available units but Naomi said there was that first day I went in. Overall The property seems great. The times I have spoke to Max it seems he is trying to do his best but just never gives a clear answer which may not be his fault at all. I wish there was better communication from the leasing office.

Naomi does a great job and helped me during my move in process. She helps me with any questions I may have. I appreciate her very much.

They need to return my application fee. They took my money and never processed my application. They told me they wouldn't until they had a unit ready. In Colorado, rental application fees must strictly cover the actual cost of processing, which includes background and credit checks, under the Rental Application Fairness Act. Landlords cannot profit from these fees, must provide receipts, and must refund any unused portion within 20 days. Tenants may provide their own portable screening reports to avoid fees.
