I had multiple landlords as a student in Geneseo and I can say without a doubt HSPM is the best by a landslide. Their apartments are all newly remodeled and are a 2 min walk from campus. Truly miles above all others I've seen for rent around the village. They think of everything and are very easy to get in touch with which really helps when you need to focus on being a student

Would not recommend anyone renting from these people. My daughter moved out of her apartment in May and left it looking better than when she moved in and still has not received her security deposit and it is now mid July.
