Love my apt beautiful spacious bedrooms and living room and the dining area. Ms samantha is wonderful very polite and kind. She explained everything about our apt. And Mr tim also was a big help. And the neighbors are friendly also. The maintenance team are excellent if we need something fix they come in mins time and fix the problem. I would highly recommend these apts to family and friends.

I want to recognize Samantha, the property manager for everything she has done for me. I was going through a difficult time and was living out of my car. Samantha treated me with kindness, patience, and respecf and went above and beyond to help me find a place to call home. Thanks to her help I was able to find an apartment I absolutly love and I am excited to mkve sokn. She truly cares about people and doesnt just see them as applicatjons. I will always be greatful for her support.

Efran should already be fired. Don't be rude to residents. Hopefully he's able to figure out the way the email works, and has had his coffee. Visibly seen the manager hand me keys and state first week. You need to turn all documents in before you get the keys. Unit M205 October 2024-May 2025 Small leak... I filled 15 time two 10 gallon bucket my first day two years ago during the "hurricane" then it kept raining lol filled more buckets. You can google image the building, the blue tarp is where my unit was. Had to call fire department because once the hole was patched the lowest point was the fire alarm on the second floor of the apartment. *had a drying machine in the closet with water heater. The crazy neighbor who kept thinking I was the white couple that lived in my unit before me. Would bang on the wall at odd hours of the night. Because first name friends with the desk sergeant after awhile. Mold might be an issue as well. Check under counter spaces. Get it tested by an outside inspector.

I just moved here from St. Louis, Missouri. I've been away to St. Louis, Missouri for about 4 years. Maybe five and finally got a chance to move back home to Texas. I've never lived in Galveston. I've always lived in Houston, Texas before. So I was a little scared and worried about how things would be and for some reason my heart kept coming toward this particular apartment complex. This complex is okay, it's it's good. My apartment looks very nice and the manager here the leasing agents, the maintenance people everyone that I have met here that's part of the staff and office management. Are this wonderful people as sick as apartment manager was the day that I arrived to pick up my keys and actually start moving in and there was some situations that came up and I kind of got into a lot of panic mood because I had just drove like 800 mi and if it first it looked like it wasn't going to work out after we thought everything was already worked out but she worked it all out and she did so why she wasn't feeling well at all. She went above and beyond what I have ever sent. Any apartment manager do before? And I have lived an apartment buildings and apartment houses and apartment complexes since 1978. I been living here since 1994 and I enjoy truly enjoy it. I love how the office is willing to work with you, everyone is very friendly and maintenance is very prompt doing work orders. My apartment is cute and cozy with a great view, the supermarket and the hospitals are very close. They truly take care of you here at Carelton Courtyard.
