The application process was so easy! The staff were incredibly welcoming and inviting and made me want to move here even more. They were accommodating for pets, especially as a college student. I am looking forward to moving in later this year!

Wonderful apartments for UNA Students. Some flaws with insects and wildlife, but that can be attributed to Bellamy being located away from most of the city. The pool is great, wonderful gym.

It's disappointing to say, but the pool at Bellamy isn't looking its best. I really love Bellamy, and one of my favorite activities is spending time at the pool. Unfortunately, the current state of the pool is pretty off-putting for everyone (algae, floating trash, discolored water, and temperatures ranging from hot to warm). I'm not just speaking for myself; the other residents feel the same. I assumed there would be a regular maintenance schedule, but it seems like cleanings only happen once in a blue moon and don't make much of a difference. Bellamy, if you're reading this, please make a change this summer. Let's make it a great place for everyone to enjoy!

DO NOT LIVE HERE! MICE! FLEAS! RUDE!I would not recommend living here! My roommates and I have had a mice problem for several months and Bellamy does nothing to resolve the issue. We have caught at least 20 mice in the past six months. They provided us with sticky traps but do not come pick up the mice once they are caught. We have had to spend our own money on resources to get rid of the pests, even though we pay a hefty price per month. Recently there has also become a problem with fleas in our apartment, probably due to the mice and pets in the apartment building. However, Bellamy still does nothing to help resolve the problem. When my roommate asked for maintenance help, we got a response stating we would have to hire and pay for an exterminator ourselves. Also, me and one of my roommates have had issues with our plumbing and maintenance took multiple days to solve the problem. It smelled and was unusable. The apartments are also supposed to be gated, however the gates have never worked in my three years of living here. Bellamy also does not do a good job of cleaning the grounds. There is always dog poop everywhere, staircases and sidewalks, that takes a long time to be cleaned up, if it is cleaned up at all. Also, residents will leave their trash in the halls for weeks adding to the already bad smell. Along with the trash issue, the dumpsters are always overflowing and smelling. The front office also is not good with communication. I had moved from one apartment to another. One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. I was told I could move in on a date and then later they claimed they never told me that. I live six hours away and was told to have my stuff moved out in 24 hours. This caused lots of frustration for me and they did not seem to care at all. They claimed they had no fault in the miscommunication and were very rude to work with. One of the amenities you pay for is WIFI, which never works and is very unreliable. Also the office told us to set out our fire extinguishers to have the fire marshalls check them. Ours was never checked and is now out of date. They never told us to bring the back inside or gave us an update if they were done checking.

Brandon is great! He is very friendly, professional, and always makes sure things get done for residents. He is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about providing a positive experience.
