This place is a money scam. Do not let your college student live here. I lived here for a year and had many issues. Maintenance is slow acting and does not usually fix the issue. My roommates and I were out of a washer for a month and then out of a dryer for almost two. The management does not care to address issues and talked very unprofessionally to my roommates and I many times. They are very unorganized. I received $30 back on my deposit. They charged my roommates and I almost $400 for paint chip but the paint they use comes off the wall with any minor movement. They also charged me and another one of my roommates $50 for a missing parking pass that we both are sure we turned in. We were also charged many cleaning fees after we spent 5 hours cleaning the entire apartment top to bottom. I was charged money for using a magic eraser to clean but this is what they recommended we use to clean. Sure, the location and fully furnished apartments sounds nice but in the end it is not worth your time or money. They are raising rent prices every year and it is not worth your money to put into. Throughout winter months there is no parking and you will likely have to park blocks away. They do not care about customer service or satisfaction they only care about money. Save yourself the money and time and do not live here.

If I could rate this place is zero I would. Save your money!! although the spot of the bridges is very convenient for athletes and students. It is not worth your money. My roommates and I were out of a washer for three months and then out of a dryer for another two months and management took their time and replacing it so we were unable to do laundry or had to go somewhere else to do our laundry. I was also charged for not turning in my parking pass when I did and I emailed leasing about it and they told me they would check on it and review it and get back to me the next day and they never did. when I emailed them again about it they never responded. Not to mention I barely got any of my deposit back as is. my roommates and I spent hours cleaning our rooms and living room and they still charge us each $85 in cleaning fees for just our living room. I had paid money to get my TV mounted and then when I was moving out, I put in a maintenance request for them to take my TV down because I had paid for them to put it up and take it down a lot of money and they told me that they were unable to take it down because they were too busy with checkouts and I would have to figure it out myself. This was crazy to me because the maintenance guy doesn’t even do the checkouts. The lady who did my check out, also marked me down for having dust on the sprinkler in my closet, which I find absolutely crazy!! Personally there are way better options than the bridges.

There is a reason why this place has a 2.8 review. Let me get started on the horrible experience I had here… first off if you are planning to sign a lease here, DONT. It is a huge scam of money and cheaply built for the price they expect us to pay. Plan on parking in the lot… don’t count on it. Plan on getting out of the parking garage in winter… don’t count on it. Your $300 security deposit also don’t count on getting that back as they charged me and my 3 roommates $200 to paint a wall. This complex is a complete joke. Management is EXTREMELY rude especially Emily. She was very disrespectful when I first moved in and continued to be disrespectful when I had questions. Management can walk in as they please without a warning. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this building and the management team as a whole. You may think an elevator would be working.. well the north side will break every week and they don’t fix it or fix it like a toddler, for how much money this place is consuming and pretty much stealing is outrageous. Id also like to add they got a law suite because they didn’t fix their doors and a girls finger got chopped off… really well done Bridges!!!! Please anyone who is planning on signing a lease here… I think living in a cardboard box is a better idea than here.

For me it was the little things that drove me crazy. For the price I was paying I don't think it was worth it and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This will probably be a very long and random but I would've wanted to know these things before I signed my lease. The elevator in my building was broken 50% of the time and you literally had to go back outside to get to the other elevator or the nearest stairs. Also the fob reader to get into one of the stairwells was broken and didn't work for monthssss. It was very inconvenient for me. Also yeah its nice to have study rooms and a gym and stuff but they were always like 80 degrees!!! It wasn't even comfortable to sit in there and study. Our drawers were very cheap and we had to get them fixed several times. We ended up using the COUCH for storage because it wasn't comfortable. At one point all of our fire alarms started chirping and when we asked for new batteries, we were told that it would take about a week for maintenance to fix it and we could by our own if we needed to. Maybe that is normal but everyone knows that chirping fire alarms drive you CRAZY. Especially when we have zero control over when the old batteries start to die. Not to mention the actual fire alarms went off for minutes at a time every time we tried to use our air fryer. Another thing is it seems like they can just come into your apartment when they please. I got a text once that my apartment was being shown for a tour in 24 hours.. I was like what the heck why mine? Isn't there a showroom or something? I like my privacy. More on the privacy note I think the walls are about 1 mm thick. You hear EVERYTHING going on in the apartment and honestly outside of it too. That was the biggest struggle. I never ever felt like I had complete privacy. And also my friend's car got stolen from the underground parking???? How in the world is that secure! And there is zero guest parking. Last year they forced people that live there to park at the fargodome through a drawing or something because there weren't enough spots for residents to park in their own parking lot. Seems a little unfair to me. Writing this makes me realize how happy I am to be out of there. They also charged me $100 to touch up the wall. Give me the paint that's sitting in a closet and I'll do it myself. If only I could make $100 for a 5 minute paint job!!

Never lived here. Looked into it for my daughter. Got charged $35 to do a background check and credit check. Standard and reasonable. Was never able to connect on a date and time to actually see the property. I don't live there and the dates and times i could make it they were not available. This was February, we were looking for a move in date of June/July. Never signed a lease because unable to see property. Then, and this is why the 1 star, they charged us $300 for NOT signing a lease. Never have I heard of charging a person for a lease you never signed. I could see asking for $300 up front to hold a space and if you back out losing it. But charging for something you never purchased? This company is a rip off.
