Very unproffesional management. They make it so hard for you to get the security deposit back. Been trying to get hold of them for like last 3 months. Been mailing them regarding the situation and even called them numerous times. Nobody takes the call, somone is on vacation all the time that’s the kind of replies I get everytime. I’d not recommend this apartment to anyone

Zero stars, if possible. Wright State Raiders families, don't get persuaded to let your athletes stay here. If the condition of your child's apartment isn't deplorable upon move-in, stayed tuned...it soon will be. (Not because of the student-athletes. Because of the poor maintenance.) And when that happens because something breaks in their unit or a neighboring unit, be prepared to get blamed and charged as a default. Even if you can demonstrate a mechanical failure or external cause, you will have to wait months to get reimbursed (if at all) and wait months to have the landlord fix the damages. And if/when they fix things, it is surely not up to code. (I have pics of hired contractors painting over mold instead of remediating it.) Also, don't plan on getting your deposit back. They will customize a reason for you to forfeit it after your child is done staying there. I've met dozens of WSU Raider families with athletes at University Suites, but I've never met one who hasn't had the same experience. It's a corporate-owned complex, and that corporation would rather give its shareholders a dividend than provide a safe place for student-athletes to live.

I loved this apartment when I was a student at Wright State. Perfect location, great amenities, and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to live near campus!
