Living at Parc at 720 has been perfect for my college life, just moments from the front gate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and my newly renovated, fully furnished apartment gives me a private bedroom and bathroom that make sharing a place with roommates so much easier. I love that everything is already set up for me, so moving in felt effortless. The community amenities have been a huge bonus, from lounging at the resort style pool to getting work done at the study pods, working out at the fitness center, and even catching some rays at the tanning salon. As a pet owner, I appreciate having a dog park close by, though I made sure to check the breed restrictions before bringing my dog along. Being just minutes from campus makes my commute to class incredibly convenient, and I love how easy it's been to balance school and everyday living here.

Do NOT live here if you are a college student expecting the college lifestyle they advertise. They give out gift cards if you leave them a good review as a bribe. I would give it a 0 star if possible. They have me living with a 45+ year old grandmother who has her two year old granddaughter at our apartment every weekend. All weekend. She also has a criminal record and a dog that barks all day long and poops everywhere during the day. They also slap on extra charges so the “base rent” is not what you pay monthly. They also always have broken things around the complex. Maintenance has come into our apartment 10+ times in a matter of months. The mail room is only open from 8:30ish to 5 so it’s impossible to get your packages if you are busy. They advertise that you can use a scanner to get in at any time, but it’s been broken for over a year. There is also mold everywhere and the place is not cleaned prior to you moving in. Update: I called to “amend the issue” and the three times I called a manager “wasn’t available”. A desk worker told me I could pay them an EXTRA $500 on top of $900 rent to move apartments even though they were the ones that put a college student with a woman my parents age. This is simply unacceptable behavior from an apartment complex claiming to be the best “home” for college students.

I had such a great experience at Parc at 720! Naglaa gave me an amazing tour and made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. She was super knowledgeable, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. You can really tell she cares about residents. I love living here!

HORRIBLE place to rent from!! Please don’t rent from here and save yourself the headache! Rooms are dirty when you move in. Roommates are changed several times, and management is no help. My roommate and I had mold issues even though we cleaned every two days. Also there are so many extra fees added onto your account. I had to pay almost a whole months rent to move. Beware that if you have a problem the office will not listen to you and they will hang up on you, I called today about an issue and was met with rudeness from the other end, I explained that I was frustrated about extra fees and that I had no help when I asked. Also maintenance requests are not fulfilled, nothing is ever fixed, and this is all around not a good place to live. Please consider living on campus you’ll have less stress.

Living at Parc has been a great experience, especially because of Naglaa. She was incredibly helpful when I had questions about paying my rent and took the time to walk me through everything. She’s always friendly and approachable whenever I stop by the office. Highly recommend living here!
