Central Plaza Living, edmond-ok

From what ive seen of the much older reviews, the building was under different management! Pretty good place to live. Communal kitchen and laundry room. Rent has utilities included. Doors lock at night, but you can get in with your card. Been living here without any real complaints!

This is a very clean and very well ran place to live. The staff here are amazing. Luisa is a very kind lady and very professional. She always greets me with a smile on her face and does a wonderful job running things around here. Luis the maintenance man is awesome as well fixes things quickly and is great at what he does. And this new good looking janitor guy is awesome he is very nice and respectful and does a great job keeping this place clean. You put that all together and they make this more than just a place to live they make it home and make you feel like family. I absolutely love this place and recommend to anyone

This is an absolutely amazing place to live. Luisa is amazing and does a great job running the place. The maintenance man Luis is very kind and respectful and is always willing to help out. Not only do I love living here but I love being a part of the team they have made me feel like family and have given me and my family not only a wonderful place to call home but have given us great friendship as well. Thank you Luisa and Luis for what you guys do. You guys are awesome

This place was the worst place I've ever lived at. I lived there 2 years ago and they had rat infestation that they would do nothing about and were very rude. The manager at the front desk was horrible and treated me and other guest like trash. When I complained about the rats she proceeded to attack me and said that me and my entire generation are lazy. The kitchen isn't cleaned as often as you think there was expired food from 2020 and moldy. The mold is also really bad especially in the air vents. I was sick for 3 weeks straight and I thought it was covid but it was actually mold poisoning according to my doctor. Also while I was living there they raised my rent 150 dollars more without warning even though my lease wasn't up for another 2 months. When I told them that was illegal, they threatened to kick me out and put delinquent charges on my credit if I didn't pay at the end of the month. At the end of my lease the manager asked if I wanted to rewnew my lease or work at the front desk because I was a model resident. I told her absolutely not, in the most respectful way possible. Also pro tip: most of the good reviews you see on here are from people who work at the front desk.

It was ok. Probably the best monthly rate you're gonna get for a hotel room. They say fully furnished but they're really partially furnished with just a bed and a dresser - no chairs or lamps or anything else. The kitchen is considered a community kitchen but it seems to be kept clean. The lady at the front desk is super nice and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.
