Dennison Road Apartments, durham-nh

I do personally work with Madbury Properties, but I was also a resident at the Dennison Road Apartments for the 20-21 lease term. I loved living at Dennison Road and the quality of the apartment was worth the amount paid In rent. Staff was extremely responsive to any maintenance request me or my roommate had. There was a great community at Dennison and was a great place to hang out with friends. Loved living there and sad I had to leave.

Really liked this place when I moved here but unfortunately as time goes on it gets worse and worse. The maintenance team is very friendly and nice but there are constantly issues (not maintenance’s fault). Was left without a working bathroom multiple times last year and not reimbursed in any way for it. Landlord charges ridiculous damage fees yet does not seem to actually repair anything. Moved into apartment with radiators coming off the walls and broken tiles on the bathroom floor.

The coops are in a great location (mid campus, good for Paul students and close to the stores and bars). Parking on site which is convenient. The unit I leased had a renovated kitchen and patio which I liked. Maintenance staff always came to fix stuff quickly ( Shout out to Russ and Amanda!!). Allie the leasing agent was awesome and helped me find the place- she is the best and always super helpful and happy.

My daughter worked directly with the Madbury Apt team to secure an apartment for this year 2020-2021! Her particular unit had a new kitchen installed which has served her and roommates well. My daughter has since secured this apartment for next year! The team has been very responsive and helpful throughout her rental term. Special thanks to Allie and Shannon!

Be wary when looking to rent an apartment at Dennison Apartments. Constant excessive noise during week nights, multiple packages stolen over course of the year, and little to no notification when maintenance is sent to check out units, so be prepared for surprise visits. Overall, I’d recommend taking your business to a private renter rather than filling the pockets of Madbury Properties.
