I’ve had a really positive experience living at Rye Sobo. Valerie made the application process simple and easy to navigate, which took a lot of stress out of moving. Evelyn has been consistently helpful, responsive, and professional. They’re great at what they do and genuinely care about the residents — they’re truly outstanding staff. The location is another big plus. The light rail is close by, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport. There’s also a large dog park and grocery stores within walking distance, which makes everyday life really convenient. Everyone here — including my neighbors — has been kind and friendly. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

I absolutely loved this location over the last 2 years, the amenities, how it’s the best option if you have dogs with the 3 dog parks accessible / dog wash, yoga studio is 🔥, 10/10 walkable score, pool/hot tub and covered/locked garage. We have patrol security that supports through the night and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Truly one of a kind 💯

This is the upgrade I needed. I have been here since October and am loving it. It is a newer building and updated in every way. Everyone in the office have been extremely helpful, especially Evelyn. She is always quick to respond and cares about our happiness as tenants. Whenever there are issues they are quickly addressed and communicated to the building as a whole. I am very happy here and don't see any reason to look elsewhere at this time.

The Best Place to Call Home! I can't recommend this apartment enough! After living here for the past two years, I can honestly say there isn’t a single negative thing I could mention about this incredible place. You might be wondering if someone paid me to write this review, but I assure you, it comes straight from my heart! While you might find other places with fantastic amenities, you won’t find a team quite like Troy and Bobby in the leasing office. They genuinely care about your experience—not just during the move-in process, but throughout your entire stay. They are friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making every interaction a pleasure. Jada, who keeps all the common areas spotless, has the most beautiful soul. And if you ever have maintenance issues, Justin is there to help. His speed and efficiency are impressive, especially since dealing with maintenance can often be a hassle in apartment living. I could go on and on about how happy I am here, but I want to keep this concise so you can consider making this place your home. Trust me, you won’t regret it! Another highlight is the community events—parties with free drinks and food happen almost every month, providing a fantastic opportunity to meet neighbors and build friendships. Plus, there’s a dog park just around the corner, making it a perfect home for both you and your furry friend! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live, this is it!

I toured multiple different apartment buildings in the Denver downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods. I considered safety, location, modern appeal, and affordability. I found rye Sobo while touring in the area, I walked in and was greeted by Valerie that welcomed me through the entire apartment complex. It was the most thorough, knowledgeable, and informative tour I had received during my apartment searching in the area. It offers a great location, five minutes from Washington Park, 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Denver and stadium. I fell in love with the luxury feel and amenities such as, beer garden, pool, gym, community center and roof views. I ended my search there and was helped my whole way through the moving process with all the ladies in the leasing office being so helpful! I’m super happy with my decision and would recommend anyone to come check it out!
