NOTE: THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED 1) Original review (5 star) was regarding management staff from touring to moving in (move in date: 4/10/2026). Summarized below; was posted on 4/15/2026. a) Management was flexible, responsible, consistent and responsive throughout this whole process (Thank you, Colt). b) During move in and a few days later, I was thankful to management for all the help: large/freight elevator was booked for me by management for 4hrs and a cart was provided. Coleman was helpful and attentive to anything I'd bring up (Thank you, Coleman). 2) Updated review (3 star) as of 5/15/2025: a) parking Top 3 reason I moved here was that I didnt want to pay monthly parking. Street parking is everywhere here, if you dont mind a little walking b) location It's pretty well located. I like that it's about the same distance whether I take I-25 & I-70 or I-25 & I-225 to go to the airport. c) amenities Overall amenities are pretty nice. But the raggeness of some things here got me wondering what is happening here. For example, I live on the 2nd floor, the level 2 floor carpet is raggedy as HELL! It's like management gave up on the presentation of the place. It looked raggedy when I toured the apartment complex and it looks raggedy now 🤷🏿♂️; I was a little disappointed when I realized that I was lied to during my tour. The projector in the common area is so outdated and it doesn't even work, it blows my mind they mentioned it could be used 🙆🏿♂️ d) Living conditions/maintenance/management's way of handling issues/concerns Management is responsive, NOT EFFECTIVE or EFFICIENT (same with Maintenance) and not a fully fuctional team handling issue. I am not sure who set this up, but it seems like Steven needs to be contacted for anything that a resident asks that requires a little bit outside of the box thinking. I am quite doubtful that management is paying attention to tenants' concerns, which in turn is bad for them. It's impossible to please everyone but how you respond to a their concerns makes a world of difference to them as they signed a 12month lease and bound to stay whether it's pleasant or not. They are also too lenient with tenants breaking rules! This is one of my frustrations living here. For the above reasons, I believe a 3 star rating is fair.

The building always has fast turn over for any issues that arise and the leasing office is incredibly helpful. Coleman was a big help when there was some worry about my cat potentially being without a water fountain during the recent city wide power outages and he went up to check on the kitty and even placed a bowl of water down for her while I was on my trip for a few more days. They were able to give me some peace of mind and save me from a potential anxiety attack so for that I’m incredibly grateful. 10/10 service and incredibly helpful.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and while there have been some problems in the past with the building, management, and overall vibe of the community, I feel this current team is really doing everything they can to make this a great place to live. They’ve had their work cut out for them at times, but the hard work is much appreciated!

Shocked that I’ve asked two times to see an available unit and they haven’t ever responded back to me. (Assuming they don’t like the problems I have) Took seven days to come look at my AC unit . It’s going on almost 25 days without looking at my washer that was flooding and leaking . Many issues from trash areas left a mess and can’t even walk through , washer leaking water, ( still not fixed with damaged base board from water leaking) old appliances, garage doors not working half the time, multiple occasions without running water, (just the other week for example), roof has no covering from sun which makes it unusable 90% of time, neglect of maintenance from prior owners has made it a big challenge for new owners to stay on top of things. Efforts are being made but still a long ways to go. No kindness or compassion from staff can make up for the head aches this place causes for the cost to live here.

The pros: Coleman The cons: Safety & security deposit - one of my neighbors told me their apartment was robbed and neighbors would post warning in the elevators. A guy robbing the 7/11 next door also pointed a gun at my boyfriend, which wasn’t the buildings fault but it definitely didn’t make me feel any safer living there. They also tried to take my $500 whole security deposit AND charge me an extra after moving out. I had to write a seven-day security deposit demand letter to get part of my money back and I know other people who lived there that had the same issue after moving out.
