As a past resident with this company, I would advise anyone wanting to rent to stay away from this company and properties managed by this company. They are a money hungry company and will overcharge you as much as they want when you move out. They tried charging me 1600 just for paint. That's not even including the other excessive charges. Throughout my lease, the property was subject to two to three inspections each year, seemingly designed to find reasons to impose additional charges rather than ensure maintenance or tenant safety. This isn't the only complaint and problem with this company. Their appliances are cheap and ran down. They have not been replaced in years, I would even say pushing a decade. I've had our washer/dryer unit break on us on 2 separate occasions and on one occasion it started smoking and could've been a fire hazard. The more infuriating part is the fridge. It broke on us THREE different times each time ruining hundreds of dollars of food as it was 4 of us living in the unit. They also gave no reimbursement for any of these even though the fridge breaking was not our fault on every single occasion. Instead of choosing to fully outright replace the fridge, they were being cheap and just giving temporary solutions that would last maybe a week. Moreover, their maintenance team is slow, even on essential issues like the fridge. When our fridge broke, each occasion we'd have to go three days to a week without a fridge. Expect delays on every single maintenance request. Finally, this company demonstrates a lack of professionalism, poor property upkeep, and questionable business practices.

I thought this was the best place I could possibly live, but I was sadly mistaken! My experience with College Housing was not a good one and I am very happy that I was able to find someone else willing to take my place as tenant. Definitely don't believe the hype like I did. Manager was always rude and unconcerned, maintenance walks in when you aren't there, and they steal your money. They basically took my entire security deposit and I left the place in great condition. I'm really disappointed. Update: I took care of the fine for my dog and made a plan to move out. You guys didn't try to promote anything until I had to beg for help. As soon as another qualified person came along you didn't care where I ended up and basically told me I had to leave within a day. I also have emails of me asking if I should start to look for another place and you repeatedly told me not to. You guys are a joke. End of story.

Today my daughter had a very bad experience when her car was towed last night. My daughter is going on her 3rd year of renting this apartment. Because of Covid, her school work is online so she has been studying from home. Today she had an in person class which she needed to attend. So she went to her apartment which she has been paying for. The management changed the parking rules; now you are required to get a new/ different sticker. The management put a notice on her door in August about needing a new sticker. I feel this method of communication is irresponsible .Management can not guarantee this communication will be received by all roommates. The manager did have her email address, as she received an email when there was a change in ownership back in May. My daughter called the manger and got nowhere. My daughter and I called them together and we went round and round getting nowhere. I was told it was her responsibility to tell the management she is not living there. It is none of their business where she is living. She is a paying costumer and should be treated as one. I was also told her roommates should have informed her. This is not her roommates responsibility. They do not own the complex. She had to spend $170.00 to retrieve her car and try to get a ride to class and explain why she did not have the supplies needed for class today, because they where in her car. Bottom line - Stadium View Apartments needs better communication

Shady business practices and guaranteed to screw you. Do not rent a place with these people unless you want to be screwed. We moved into a unit that hadn’t been walked through in 2 years. Instead of walking Through the place to see what might need to be re done after 2 years of people living there they just put the security deposit on file under the new tenants names (us) and had us give our cash to the old tenants so they wouldn’t have to walk through the place. They convinced us it would be quicker to move in and the unit didn’t need to be walked through. When our lease was finally up not only did they take the entire security deposit but they took an additional $700 for damages caused by prior tenants. We had to front the cost for the last 2 years of people living there because they said the place was ready to move in without even walking through it. Please save yourself the headache and money and sign somewhere less shady. Disgusting business practices wouldn’t recommend living here to my worst enemy.

I was subleased an apartment and management refused to give me my money back after I overpaid for rent , they used it to pay for the other person's rent who leased the apartment (they owed money). On top of that I misplaced my key and they charged 40 to open the door, but what offended me was maintenance giving me a hard time about proving I lived there and then said he would find me if it wasn't my apartment. The window in my room was unsafe only a stick in there to keep it shut. The draft is horrible , my room was freezing. Everything is outdated the bathroom faucet broke one day and almost flooded our apartment.
