As many other people have stated, if you're a student its best to stay away. I had a discounted price for a 4x4 and it wasnt even worth the lower price. I talked with someone who said they were a manager about assistance with a sublease and she gave me zero help and lied about ways to get the news outthrough my school. Utilities are ridiculously priced and im almost certain at the end if your lease their 'estimate' is completely incorrect and they overcharge you ridiculously. And dont get me started on the pests(German Roaches 😬). So many issues that took so long to fix I had to spend out of pocket and even what I bought wasnt enough to keep them out. Im concerned im going to have to throw out most of my stuff so I dont bring them home and start an infestation there. If you're lucky you'll get decent organized roommates but unfortunately i didnt get a lucky draw. Also the gates aren't always closed. And I think my final complaint is move out. The price for many small things that might have nothing to do with something you did is egregious. You'll end up paying more than your rent here for someone else messing something up in your unit or apparently if you throw things in the dumpster they'll charge you over $100 for something that simple. TLDR; Not worth the money and its best to look some place else especially considering the amount of new apartments getting constructed. You will not feel comfy or at home here. And you might be lucky and start an infestation of a pest you can never kill at home or even in your car :D Btw I never leave reviews so its genuinely like that terrible

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chris, the maintenance technician. He is absolutely amazing at what he does! Chris is always professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, he shows up promptly, explains exactly what’s going on, and fixes the issue quickly and efficiently. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work — everything is done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. What really stands out is his positive attitude. He’s respectful of my space, cleans up after the job is done, and makes sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing we have someone so reliable and skilled taking care of things. Thank you, Chris, for all your hard work and dedication. You truly make living here a better experience!

We came to Bellamy to help my little sister look for her first place, and the tour was amazing! Everything is beautiful. Alexei was such a great tour guide; Very detailed and informative.

Today we met with Kelly. Super sweet and very knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome. She did not rush us and answered all our questions. She was super excited for our daughter and her friend to start this next venture.

I toured the Bellamy apartments with Sabrina, and she was great. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. She answered all our questions and made the tour easy and comfortable. Overall, she made a great impression and I would recommend touring with her.
