I had such a great experience touring with Jonathan! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions and really made sure I understood everything about the property. The building itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I also loved the surrounding area—it felt safe, convenient, and close to everything I’d need on a daily basis. Overall, Jonathan made the tour enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I would definitely recommend working with him!

His hospitality was truly impressive and made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. Jonathan represents exactly the kind of professionalism and friendliness you want to see at the front of a leasing office. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything. His approach was genuine, and honestly, he had me convinced. The property itself is very nice and extremely clean. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific unit type I was looking for at the moment, but the overall experience was still excellent. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Jonathan, he’ll take great care of you.

I loved living here for the past year. The environment has been a solid stay and the staff have been great to me year-round. With my initial two months free for my lease, it was smooth sailing for my price range, but it is a little hard for me to know if I’ll renew this year without it. Hopefully, I can get that again and continue living in this lovely complex.

I love it! They gave me a great deal on a short-term lease. Furnished studio. It’s perfect for remote work because of all the common areas, shared spaces. I don’t even need a car because I can walk to the grocery store and meet my friends on Bishop Ave. There are yoga studios, gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a few blocks. It feels like NYC level walkability, the best I’ve found in Dallas. The public transit is good here and the neighborhood feels safe, even at night. The apt has great soundproofing. I rarely hear my neighbors. Nancy, the office manager, is always very helpful. My apt was getting hot in the summer and the maintenance staff took care of it quickly. I’d definitely live here again.

I recently lived at UNITi Bishop Arts, and overall it’s a nice modern apartment community in a great location. Marissa was super helpful and attended to all my needs! The staff is super friendly. Also, the building is new and has good amenities, and utilities being included is a plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!
