Awful awful place, if I could, I would give this horrible place zero stars for how terrible it was to live there. I moved in back in August last year and had the worst experience with the noise levels in this building. The walls there are very thin, and the place is built much more like a house rather than an apartment complex. Cheap building materials and terrible paint jobs and all. I wasn't the only one to have such a problem with the noise, as a college student I couldn't study or have time to myself in my own room because of this. The campus police were called multiple multiple times throughout the time I wasted there because of this noise, I have friends that all hate the noise from the people partying upstairs or the kids running around and shouting every night past 10pm. The rules they have you sign aren't completely disregarded, especially the $100 charge if you're caught being noisy after 10pm, I had to move out of the place to be able to have some study time and get my homework done because my roommates brought home girls, and smoked weed, and drank nearly every night. It was a rare chance that I got to go to bed at night and sleep at a decent time because of the noise and the roommates that were up all night. I lost sleep, so I had to report my roommates drinking and smoking to management and they didn't care even a little bit about it saying I need to suck it up and get along with them, though it states in all of our agreements, and it is campus policy plus blatantly illegal you can't possess alcohol and weed on campus. But the management didn't care and I have to move out with no refund and being told off by the management, Lisa, to screw myself because I didn't like how my roommates got high nearly every night at a college apartment. **I do not recommend this place at all even for the price of it for anyone coming to this school!**

Had a friend in a bad position with her roommates where is became aggressive and they told her they couldn’t do anything just because they were having a disagreement. Ended up leaving that apartment after paying $8000 with no refund at all.

Horrible management. Horrible communication. Wouldn’t recommend, they don’t care about the renters.
