Paradigm Properties, cortland-ny

Paradigm has been so great over the past two years that my friends and I rented from them! They are very accommodating, and always able to help with anything you may need for the house. Their properties are some of the nicest student housing I have seen in Cortland, we absolutely love our house. They are so attentive and always immediately send one of their maintenance men whenever something is needed. We have had a great experience with them and are terribly sad to be leaving!

Living with Paradigm Properties has been an amazing experience. Speaking from experience their apartments are some of the nicest, if not the nicest, student housing apartments in Cortland. They make the entire off campus experience easy and less intimidating. Having trash, laundry, and electricity included is a huge plus. Another thing Paradigm is exceptionally good at is handling issues you may have. Whenever you get locked out or if something isn’t working properly in the apartment they are always quick to come help. I highly recommend renting from Paradigm Properties to any student looking to move off campus.

This was my first year living off campus and signing with Paradigm was the best decision my friends and I could of made! The process was super easy and all the staff at the office are very helpful! Paradigm offers affordable priced housing and great amenities such as free parking, free laundry, and a tv included in the living room! Paradigm is also very helpful when it comes to needing any sort of repairs done, if you send an email they’ll be there that day! I am so happy with Paradigm that I resigned my lease for next year! Thank you Paradigm Properties for making this house my home away from home!

I had a great experience with Paradigm Properties! They are very easy to get ahold of at anytime and day of the week! They have a huge selection of houses available for rent at such a reasonable price for SUNY Cortland Students. Also, the house I rent from is so super close(walking distance) to both campus and Main Street. The house is so big and comfortable for my 4 housemates and I to live in. Also includes a lot of furniture and beds for each room, which makes it very convenient in the beginning and end of the year. I am happy to be returning back to this house in the fall time!

I’ve had a great experience with Paradigm this year! The house was in great condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues were fixed within 48 hours if not the same day. They also worked with me so I could pay with financial aid which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to live off campus at Cortland!
