I cannot say enough good about the Kristi Apartments. One of the best parts about living here is the Staff. Gail, the property manager, makes each resident feel right at home. the leasing agents, :Jessica, Clara, and spencer are always willing to answer and help with any questions I have. Jordan and Alex are always on the job with any maintenance issues i might have. Sydney is also an awesome manager. I have never stayed at a property with this kind of customer service. Normally you pay full market rent at a property and the office staff is not sensitive to you needs. I recommend the Kristi to any student, or non student, looking for a place to live.

*DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE READ!* One of the biggest concerns is cleanliness and pest control. There is a consistent roach problem that does not improve, even with regular cleaning and upkeep. This isn’t due to poor housekeeping, it appears to be a larger building issue. Pest control has been done, but only by spraying, which hasn’t solved anything long-term. Even after thoroughly cleaning, roaches show up again very quickly in the kitchen and living areas, which is extremely frustrating and concerning. Maintenance has also been a major issue. There are multiple problems that have been reported but not properly resolved. These include mold in the bathroom ceiling, appliances not functioning correctly (like a refrigerator that doesn’t seal and a washer that doesn’t drain, leaving clothes sitting in dirty water), plumbing issues, and electrical problems such as lights going out again after being “fixed.” Requests are submitted, but either take too long or are only temporarily addressed, leading to the same issues repeating. Another concern is how management handles resident issues. Ongoing problems with roommates and disturbances have been reported multiple times, including situations that affect neighboring units, but there doesn’t seem to be consistent follow-through or enforcement. It can feel like concerns are acknowledged but not actually handled, leaving residents to deal with the same problems over and over. Professionalism is also something to be aware of. There have been instances where boundaries between staff and residents felt unclear. In particular, multiple office staff members reached out to a resident on personal social media platforms, which came across as inappropriate and uncomfortable. While it may seem minor to some, it raises concerns about professionalism and boundaries within management. Overall, the condition of the apartments and the way issues are handled do not match the cost of living here. I would strongly recommend touring carefully, asking detailed questions about pest control, maintenance response, and management policies, and considering other options before signing a lease.

Good staff response time and resident events, but lots of downsides to overall apartment exprlerience as well. There were issues with the unit even on move in day, such as I see others reviews mention with units and common areas not being cleaned prior. The residential events are fun and you do feel connected yet also small things tend to malfunction or affect overall experience while leaving here.

Toured here and had a great experience! Sydney gave me a tour, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. She answered every question perfectly for me! Perfect place for students! Update: I moved in, and have absolutely loved living at The Kristi. Maintenance always responds to requests in a timely manner, and the office staff are so helpful! Shoutout to Sydney, Claira, and Spencer who have made living here amazing. Definitely great for student living!
