Two months in, and I’m having a great experience living in an urban loft. The apartment is brand new and well-designed. The high ceilings and big windows are unique in Conway. The windows are soundproof, and I love how the sunlight fills the space from morning to night. The management is proactive when snow or ice arrives—they hire people to salt and clean the sidewalks. The only downside was that it took them a month to replace the washer and dryer, but overall, I’d still give it a 5 out of 5. There’s also a restaurant and a future bar right below the building, making it convenient and within walking distance of everything I need. The lighting in both the hallway and apartment lifts my mood daily.

Their application process is flawed. And basically constitutes a money grab, they charge you $50 for an application fee. After knowing your income, knowing you do not qualify, they still have you fill out an application building? You up like you're gonna qualify. Steady stream of we'll get back to you. We'll get back to you. And that delay held me up from getting another place. The management management staff does not think about other people's needs. When strictly expressed to them what you want. The associate clearly knew I did not qualify based on the figures.I gave him. Yet still had me fill out a fifty dollar application. That is an unfair practice. And i'm afraid it shines over into how they run their establishment

Clean and well kept! Maintenance and management are easy to reach out to. Door codes make you feel safe and in a good area! Lost pizza is a yummy bonus aswell

I went to go tour these apartments after being urged by the leasing office to come check it out after saying to them over the phone that it would probably be too expensive and out of my price range for what I need, I showed up to my tour with my buddy, I was barley able to get in the door before the girl in the leasing office started bombarding me with questions that should have been asked over the phone before urging me to come visit these apartments, her tone sounded very demining and assumptive towards my friend and borderline racist, I have never had such a negative experience with a leasing office before and I most defiantly do not want to live in a place that will be racist towards my friends. If i could rate this place 0 stars I would.

On the bright side: The apartments are very nice and it was great not having to buy and move in furniture. Everything being brand new in the apartments and utilities being included are big pluses. The apartments also seem to be in the perfect spot to see a beautiful sunset and sunrise everyday, which I really appreciate. I also love the big windows. On the less bright side 😭: As Mr. Jeff Lang discussed in his review, I also moved in when the apartments were being falsely advertised as sound proof and they are definitely far from that. The walls are paper thin and you’ll hear people talking all the time. Another downside is the traffic on College but you learn to deal with it the longer you live here. All in all, I would recommend 🙃
