Sydney and her team made it so easy for me to move in from across the country. She is great at communicating and making sure all of my questions are answered and my needs were met. Thomas from maintenance was quick to assist as well. I love living here!

I will be reporting this place immediately. The washers and dryers don’t work, EVER. My clothes are soaking wet every time I pull them out of the dryer. The floor underneath the washer is completely missing and there’s water all over the floor at all times. The door used to keep the building locked and safe from people who don’t live here from entering doesn’t work, it doesn’t lock and barely shuts. Every time I try to call the front office during the hours that they are supposedly open it immediately tells me that I called after hours. Every time we call to get a maintenance man to come in they immediately try to get us to fill out a survey and then we don’t get a call back to fix the issues in the apartment. And not to mention there was a shooting in the parking lot and there still is no upgrade on security, including cameras, or extra street lighting. This place is unsafe, and the people that own it do not care at all. If I could do negative stars I would.

Do not move here, the front desk office will not return your calls and is a hassle just to get ahold of someone and if you do then they just pick up the phone and don’t answer it and just leave you sitting there. And Felecia isn’t any better as well. She was extremely condescending, gaslighting, a hypocrite, and extremely disrespectful to my disabilities and played mind games and went as far as to blame me for what ever was wrong with that apartment that I haven’t even lived in for a week and tried to come up with every excuse in the book to try to make it known that I was the problem. Absolutely nothing but an extreme of over playing her hand and very discriminatory. Either get better employment or knock down that building, because it’s an actual joke.

The office was a little late but overall The experience was great and the office was extremely helpful. I wish I was able to remember names instead of faces however the lady who helped walk us through everything was very patient and very kind. We have been struggling trying to find an apartment and because of our experience we have finally found one.

DO NOT LEASE HERE -If there was a way to give it zero stars I would. I moved in Jan 2024 all my maintenance requests were ignored, management would either never be in the office or call me back regarding anything. I saw three different property managers since then. The building always smells like cigarettes and the key fobs and door locks are a joke since they’re always broken. Homeless people get into the buildings to sleep at night. I decided to move out 9/2024 - they locked me out of my unit (illegally) on 8/30 and when I went talk to the new property manager they couldn’t find the proper key to get in. They had to drill the lock just for me to find that some of my things had been stolen by a different maintenance person. The low price is enticing but really not worth it. 0/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
