I wish I could give this place zero stars. The only reason I'd recommend someone to live here is if you just need the cheapest place possible. Rent is cheap but don't expect to sleep at night at all, neighbors are extremely loud, The clubhouse area always has people screaming at night during quiet hours when the pool is closed and the provided "security" that patrols the area does absolutely nothing. I get it's a "student living community" but the noise is insane. Along with that, the apartments are nasty and when you sign your lease pretty much expect to have to do a lot of heavy duty cleaning, because whatever company they "hire" to prep your space for move-in does next to nothing. It's also extremely difficult to get in touch with the actual property manager to address any of these issues. Again, if you need the cheapest possible then this place is great, but the price is it's only redeeming quality.

Zero star. From day one, this neighborhood has been nothing but problems. Even before I officially moved in, I arrived with all my belongings only to find out they did not even have a lease ready for me to sign. When I first moved in in 2024, my toilet was broken, and I was told I could not use my bathroom at all. Since then, the issues have only continued. At the end of July 2025, I was forced to move into a new unit, and this unit has been just as bad, if not worse. Since moving into my current unit, there have been roach issues, and management tried to tell me I would have to pay for pest control even though the problem existed before I moved in. My roommates, who have lived here for about a year and a half, confirmed they have had the same roach problem since they moved in and have repeatedly asked for it to be fixed. There are also major maintenance issues that are being ignored. The downstairs flooring is coming up. There have been black spots in my shower since I moved in, and they continue to get worse. Our mailbox has been broken since I moved into this unit, there is not even a lock on it, and despite reporting this issue, it still has not been fixed. I have been living here since the end of July. We also did not have hot water for the first month and a half of living in this unit, and it was only fixed after I complained multiple times. Management is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Their problem-handling skills are very poor, and they do not take accountability for anything. There are only two people in the leasing office who are actually pleasant to deal with. The maintenance team is very nice, but they can only do so much when management refuses to take issues seriously. Since management switched, things have gotten significantly worse. I genuinely believe this neighborhood should not be associated with UNCC. This has been a stressful and frustrating living experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Update: This is my second review in less than three weeks, and unfortunately nothing has improved. I have repeatedly reported an ongoing bug infestation along with other serious maintenance issues, yet the situation has only continued to get worse. I personally spray my home at least once a week using store-bought pest control products, and I submit a maintenance request about once a month for management to come out and spray as well. Despite all of this, the bug problem has not improved. I was even told that if I wanted a more severe or effective treatment, I would have to pay for it myself, which is unacceptable since this issue was not caused by me. On top of that, hot water is another ongoing issue. If you expect to take a normal shower with consistent hot water, that’s not going to happen here unless your shower is five minutes or less. My roommates may not say anything, but I’m going to speak up for all of us. These are basic living conditions, and it’s exhausting to constantly report the same problems with no real resolution. I would not recommend this neighborhood to anyone expecting proper maintenance or accountability from management.

If I could give this no stars I would. I moved in and the place was filthy, food in the fridge, pubes in a drawer and just overall dirty. We consistently had problems. for starters, there was a shooting in front of my apartment, no one cared. My room would flood almost every week, they never fixed it. our ceiling started leaking water, they refused to cover the cost of damaged personal items. there were things already damaged upon move in, which I documented extensively on the paper they give to fill out such discrepancies. they STILL charged me for those damages. This place has AWFUL management and the people who run it apparently get off on taking advantage of college students. THEY had the AUDACITY to CHARGE ME for those damages and A CLEANING FEE, which I know for a fact they did not clean my apartment after I moved out. Living here was like living in Dante's inferno, problem after problem, gunshots fired off at 11:00 pm, water flooding my room, and the dirtiest nastiest place I ever stepped foot in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. BTW, they sent $280 to collections, after everything I put up with, I don't know how they sleep at night. the people who work in the office are vapid and with no real answers, they quite literally could not care less. DO NOT LIVE HERE. These are some of the photos the DAY I moved in.

The housing is okay. maintenance is fast. however the parking here is terrible and the reserve parking is worse. no one parks in it because of the price and the spots go to waste. spots are too small and crammed so you can't park in your spot half the time. the home itself is over priced and some of the rooms look terrible however it's in charlotte for college students so that's what happens.

Absolutely horrible place lived there 2 years went through like 3 front office changes, they flooded our place trying to change our water heater didn’t offer us any compensation just moved us to a different building saying it was freshly renovated but it had a bunch of issues, leaky fridge, ceiling fans not working and loose faucets, but it housed me so I wasn’t gonna make a fuss. Then they have the audacity to charge us an extra month’s worth of rent in “repairs” after we move out. Wouldn’t advise moving here unless it was your last resort
