Posting for someone who’d rather be anonymous. This place is absolutely infested with roaches. No place with this much of a bug problem should be actively rented, and look at how their staff replies to any review on here that is negative. They accuse one former tenant of bringing bed bugs in themselves, I mean that’s just unbelievably unprofessional. Absolutely pathetic and not worth a single dime.

Lived here in a one bedroom with my boyfriend for two years. We couldn’t have been any happier. Big rooms and living area for the price and especially compared to other apartments in the town. It was close to campus and a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Never had any problems with bugs, it was always very clean!

I am posting on behalf of friends who do not want their names out there: This is a great place for students who are not looking for anything too fancy! It is in a nice location close to campus and reasonably priced, however you get what you pay for. Also, be prepared to pay every utility as nothing is included in the price of rent. Never get too comfortable because your apartment will be shown or sprayed for bugs regularly with about a days notice. The two stars is coming from their last interaction with the landlord. She emailed them to remind them of their move out date because she noticed nothing was packed up in the apartment. No one was home that day and they received no notice from her that she was coming by. That is a huge invasion of privacy in my opinion. Final verdict…there are better places to live

For a college apartment, this is was manageable, I suppose. I lived with one roommate and never had guests (except a parent every few months) in a furnished apartment here. We should have known something was off when the furniture there gave us fleas! Neither one of us had pets at home and we had a captured bug evaluated. The property manager suggested we purchase a "fogger" (a pesticide mister) from Walmart to take care of the problem. No payment for medical treatment. My roommate's bike was stolen, to which the property manager said was a lie. She didn't believe a local would steal a bike - but they did. No compensation. The apartment was frequently shown with 24-48 hour notice, was on occasion, it was shown less than 24 after notifying us. Furthermore, in the entire time we lived there, our screendoor for the porch had a huge hole in it. And, the back door did not lock! We were lucky we lived on the third floor because I would have been scared of the students at the frat house across the street breaking in. We were charged from our security deposit for damages we did not make. I would not recommend living here except for if you need affordable college housing and have limited options. Utilities were around $70 a month for two people.

Apartment complex is infected with beg bugs when my partner lived there. The mattress the landlord provided them a mattress that was infested with beg bugs. Blamed it on my partner and their roommates and tried to charge them 800 dollars for exterminator fees, when pest fee’s are included in the rental contract. Seriously, do not rent from here unless you want critters biting you at night and a terrible landlord.
