The units are decent and generally well-maintained. A standout is the apartment manager, Rosalie is especially exceptional. She is always warm, professional, and quick to respond to concerns. Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile make residents feel valued and supported, greatly enhancing the overall living experience. Overall, it’s a great choice for a peaceful, practical place to live with reliable and caring management.

We have lived here for a few years, and we have always appreciated how responsive the management and maintenance team are. We had a water leak in the kitchen today, and they responded quickly after we submitted the request. Victor has always done a great job in the past, and today Hector was just as excellent. Hector quickly and accurately found that the problem was a leaking water heater. He spent a long time carefully replacing it and cleaning up all the water on the floor. He was professional, helpful, and hardworking. We really appreciate his excellent service.

I moved from another community before Christmas. By comparison, Booker Creek is truly a very safe, quiet, and friendly community with very friendly neighbors. The design of the townhouse is very reasonable, with a lot of storage space where I can easily organize my personal belongings. The unpleasant experience we had in another community dissipated in Booker Creek, and my child and I were cured by our new home. In the first two days after moving in, we were very happy to explore the nearby trails with our dogs. Sincere thanks to all the staff of the leasing office, especially Rosalie. Without her efficient work ability, we would not have been able to move into this comfortable community quickly and smoothly before Christmas. My friends who helped me move also spoke highly of this place. I am very happy to have chosen this place on the recommendation of a friend.

The community is comfortable, safe and quiet to live in. The property management is excellent and any problems can be solved immediately. Especially Rosalie, I'm very grateful for her help. I think I will continue to live here and strongly recommend this community.
