Hillcrest Park Apartments, cedar-falls-ia

Apartment was not clean when I moved in. The dish washer did not work. The plumbing was bad also. The dishwasher was never fixed and their answer to all the drains getting clogged was to use thinner toilet paper. When I moved out I spent a lot of time cleaning the apartment to avoid a fee. My roommates and I still got charged a cleaning fee. Was much cleaner than when I moved in…

I have absolutely loved living at Hillcrest! This is my second year living here. It has so many things to offer including a pool, basketball court, sand volleyball and more. The clubhouse is an awesome place to come and do homework. The location is perfect and rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest to anyone looking for student housing! It's where your friends live, so why not?

I have really loved my first few months of living at Hillcrest. I appreciate the resources available like: in unit washer and dryer, free wifi, free printing (with own paper), gym access and the pool! There are great spaces to meet with friends who also live here. Hillcrest also does a great job of putting together fun activities to help students & residents build connections. Would recommend!

Hillcrest Apartment is a great place to live! The apartment themselves are very roomie and they feel like home. It all student based living, so it's easy to make friend living around you. The club house offers a lot like printing, tanning, fitness room, and study areas. It also has a pool open during the summer. The owners are very nice and do fun things to get you involved. The only complaint is the location from campus. Walking to class in the winter time is not an option.

I have loved living in Hillcrest Apartments. It is a great transition from the dorms. The apartments are nice and the bedroom are decent in size. The clubhouse is a great place to go to be able to get homework done. It's never to loud and all the chairs are comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest.
