If I could give this place zero stars that would be more fitting. The management is completely unresponsive, notwithstanding that we had a signed lease and then they cancelled the lease a week before the move in date, saying the unit had no walls in the kitchen and living room due to water damage. When asked why they hadn't fixed it, they said, "well it's just going to happen again when it snows." What about all of the other tenants with the resulting mold which is going to be created, not to mention the panic this caused us to find another apartment complex.

Before moving in I thought the bad reviews were dramatic but after living here I’ve realized Stadium View is by far the worst place to rent in Bozeman! Stay far away. Paying $1,200 for rent as a college student is cruel especially when ALL of your roommates pay that and share areas. With how high rent is you’d think the building would be nice but are sorely mistaken. There’s holes punched in the walls of the hall ways where it also reeks of cigarettes, there’s mold everywhere, the water is cold, the wifi goes out every month, no AC and it takes a ridiculous amount of time for maintenance to get issues fixed with some problems going unresolved! I submitted a request for maintenance after doing an at home mold test after being sick for well over a month back in JANUARY and was told that a restoration crew would be there to fix the problem during that month. Still NO EFFORT has been made to fix the issue. I ended up moving out 2 months before my lease ended to live in my car and it was the best decision I’ve made thus far! Please please please if you’re thinking about having your kid live here. Don’t because it’s the most depressing place to live in all of Bozeman. I would seriously rather die than step in any of their buildings again. I feel horrible for the desk staff because they’re wonderful and deserve better pay and to actually be listened to by management. Attached is a picture of how my buddies apartment was left for him when he moved in and during his entire lease here while management made no effort to resolve the issue.

Stadium View must have the most impressively incompetent property management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Wow. You’ve really outdone yourselves. I didn’t know it was possible to run a property this poorly and still collect rent with a straight face. • Promised furniture? Never showed. But hey, who actually needs a TV stand? Minimalism is trendy, right? • Missed seeing the separate electric bill? Congrats! You get a love letter threatening eviction… over $23. Nothing says “we care” like petty intimidation. • Every. Single. Year. They charge us for renters insurance we already have. It’s almost like they’re hoping we’re too tired to argue. Oh yeah, once they charge you, they can’t remove it from your account. Huh? • Auto-pay? Oh, you think you set it up. Cute. It’ll “mysteriously” disable itself, and then you get a $75 late fee. Because why not? • Want to call them? Bring snacks. Called 8 times in a week—every time I was put on hold, the call dropped. Every. Time. • We’ve paid on time (well, except when their magical disappearing auto-pay tricked us) for two years (even when we had to walk a check in like it was 2002 due to a system change), but they treat us like middle schoolers who forgot their homework. We hand over nearly $20,000/year—maybe act like we’re actual adults? • Oh, and a pro tip? Fix the siding before the place starts giving off strong Section 8 vibes. Read the bad reviews. Every word is true.

I just visited my daughter, a student at MSU, and was appalled at the condition of the building and apartment. Entry door glass has been smashed out, walls have been smashed with insulation hanging out. Ironically the graffiti on the walls say "fix this." Carpet tiles have been ripped up and missing, garbage everywhere and hallways have obviously not been cleaned in months. NO SECURITY whatsoever - anyone can walk in. Daughter requested that the lock on her door be repaired and it took months. The building smells and the lighting throughout is severely lacking. Not a healthy environment for a female student or, for that matter, any student.

The maintenance tech Cody was amazing. He went above and beyond to fix everything in our apartment, was clean, respectful, and did it in a timely manner. Very impressed with his work!
