Just. No. There are cheaper options that would give you less to complain about. I’ve lived here for four years now. There is good and bad but let me tell you about the bad. The fire alarms are incredibly sensitive, get ready for ptsd. I’m talking say goodbye to ever thinking about using the stove, or an air fryer, or anything using any amount of heat. I can’t do my hair in my room anymore because the alarms can sense anything remotely warm. The hot tub used to be open 24/7 which was awesome now it’s not so forget that. Rent goes up every time you look away and a few friends of mine have mentioned absurd mysterious fees. Have fun connecting with Columbia Gas about literally anything because they are the shadiest thing in existence and it’s near impossible to get into contact with them. Utility service is great and straight forward. Insulation is nonexistent, I’ve lived in two different buildings and all of these things apply btw. In the winter expect your room to be the coldest place ever. In the summer of course imagine the opposite, though it is better to manage than the colder months. Shuttle drivers are the nicest people ever, it’s a great service and is totally worth it, never know what to expect with the office though, you’re either walking into a room with four girls sitting in a group acting like you’ve intruded in a secret meeting or one helpful individual. Maintenance comes at random times with no warning so you’re usually awake by them knocking at 9 am. They’re really nice though. Black mold is INSANE. So you have to keep up regularly with the bathroom and make sure the washer isn’t closed when wet inside. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything happening in the apartment. Located right next to a pig slaughter house you can often hear their squeals late at night. Which is sad. Great place to live though !

I have lived at The Edge since august and I absolutely love it. My roommate’s and I even renewed our lease after only living here for a month because that’s how much we love it! The apartments are furnished which is a great plus for college students. Maintenance is great and will help out with anything big or small! The office staff is so friendly and they are always throwing great resident events. The amenities are also amazing and are well kept. If you’re a college student I highly consider living at The Edge. I love it here and wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Great starter apartment for those moving out on their own for the first time- The Edge faculty takes great pride in assuring a quality experience and quality care of residents. I was a late move-in, just a month before the actual move in day and although completely booked, they fit me in somewhere, and helped me renew my lease when I was passed the deadline. Great upkeep in property, pool, hot tub, gym etc. overall beautiful property.

Living at the edge is AMAZING. I couldn't recommend a better apartment for of campus living! As soon as I moved in, the staff/community was immediately so friendly and welcoming. The apartments at very modern, spacious, and it's so convenient how they come fully furnished! My favorite part about living at The Edge is the amenities! The pool, gym, tanning beds, basketball& volleyball court makes it very hard to be bored. Not only is there amenities, there's plenty of residents events to keep the community fun and connected. Also, the shuttle that runs back and forth from the apartment to campus is truly amazing!! It saves a lot of time so I'm not struggling to look for parking and worried about being late to class. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable, and affordable living space, The Edge is 100% the place to be!

I love living at the edge!! It is the best place I have lived in my three years in BG. The apartment is a perfect space and has everything I need and the extra accommodations (pool, tanning, gym, computers) are awesome! The staff is always great and so helpful! Maintenance is timely and always helps right away. I recommend living here!
