Visited my friend here. Very nice overall and the apartment was comfortable. Not sure why there is reviews about roaches most likely did not clean as there was not roaches running around anywhere while visiting (also it is Florida roaches are given). The office staff was very nice and offered great deals to sign in which ill be roomies with my friend who currently lives there. Don't trust these reviews as they most likely are the same person. As they are all the same.

University Park has a really nice community atmosphere and is in a convenient location close to FAU and everything around Boca. The amenities like the pool, gym, and study areas are great for students, and there are usually community events going on. The apartments are modern and fully furnished, which makes moving in easy. Overall, it’s a solid place for student living and meeting new people.

Upark is a great place to live if you are an FAU or Palm Beach State university student. It’s close to both campus, has a great pool, turf space for games, grill/bar out door area, pool table, living room lounge,24 hour gym, maintenance is great and the rooms are wonderful
