Of course I waited until the last minute but Matt took care of me with my dream apt for my senior year!!! He knew what I needed/wanted right from the start and I fell in love with the place he showed me. Fully furnished and all up to date equipment!! I can’t wait for my next two semesters in this apt! Thank you so much!

I’ve lived with Matt and Roxanne for 3 years now, and every year it is great! They are awesome landlords and people. Highly recommend living with them at any location! I have lived in three different spots of theirs and they are all amazing!

I would not recommend this place. What i would recommend is looking further for reviews. The landlord makes all of his tenants write good reviews when they sign the lease (which you may notice many people say that they JUST signed their lease). Matt will delete any negative reviews, which there are plenty of. When I looked at husky korners, the landlord tried to quickly pressure us into signing a lease the same day we toured. It felt fishy and later that night we found some more accurate reviews on a different website. Not only this, people i know ended up renting from the same landlord and he walks into their apartment without any warning and without waiting for them to answer the door. I would steer clear of husky korners and any other property owned by the same landlord.

I was further encouraged by the prompt, friendly service of the owners. The colors of the apartment are classy, and the appliances look modern. A final blessing is the guaranteed parking ❗️

Lived here in 2018-2019 school year. We had mushrooms and mold growing in the bathroom. I got really sick and reoccurring lung and sinus issues as well as an asthma diagnoses after living here. Landlords weren't sympathetic at all, brought in an inspector while I wasn't home which was specifically against my wishes, and accused me of trying to "spread rumors" about it as if I didn't have picture evidence of it all
