The pictures and reviews online will definitely fool you. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! When we walked in the lobby, I just knew it would be absolutely amazing because of the elegant smell. Get on the elevator and that's when i knew it wasn't going to be a pleasant stay. The elevator had dog urine in it, A HORRIBLE STENCH!!!. Get to the room and could not believe my eyes or ears. Smoke alarm battery low and making noise. Call management and was told to take the batteries out. Only had two face towels for three guest. The pillows were flat. TV remote didn't work. I absolutely LOVE Steelhaven! The common areas are kept so clean and the staff cares a lot about their building. Best of all, it has a gorgeous view! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

It's clear that they take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. The office staff is also friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. They communicate well, address concerns promptly, and make residents feel valued. It's refreshing to live in a community where both the maintenance team and management genuinely care about providing a positive living experience. I had an amazing experience working with Porsha and Adonis! From the very beginning, they both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect units to rent. They were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before move-in, they made sure everything was in great condition and handled every detail with care. You can genuinely tell they love what they do and take pride in helping people. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. The maintenance manager Dorian is fast and always responsive for any little thing . I'm glad I picked Steelhaven .

Great overall experience. Great Team! Porshe was AMAZING-she handled every concern, communicated consistently, and elevated anything necessary to Mr. Adonis (mgmt) so nothing was overlooked. Seeing other students move in with their parents as well gave a strong sense that the complex is viewed as a safe, reliable option close to campus.
