I’ve had a really positive experience at Vita at Fitzsimons, and I especially want to recognize Sean and Jasmine for the outstanding job they do. Recently, my partner and I ran into a complicated issue involving miscalculated lease funds. It was stressful, but Sean stepped in immediately, took the time to walk through everything carefully, and made sure the situation was handled fairly and thoroughly. His communication was clear, professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. Jasmine has also consistently been helpful, responsive, and kind. Both of them truly put residents first. In a time when renting can feel overwhelming and impersonal, it’s refreshing to work with people who lead with integrity and care. With rental prices being what they are these days, it makes a huge difference to live somewhere where the management team is honest, attentive, and committed to doing right by their residents. Sean and Jasmine represent Vita at Fitzsimons extremely well. I’m grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend this community based on the quality of people in the office alone.

I moved here two weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. Sierra and the other front desk staff are extremely polite, understanding, and professional. The community itself is welcoming and well-maintained. The maintenance staff is super helpful—especially CR, who went above and beyond by helping me move some of my belongings. He truly treats tenants like family. Overall, a wonderful place to live and I’m very happy with my decision.

Overall, the only positive aspect of this property is that it’s relatively new, so the appliances are fairly up to date. Unfortunately, there are numerous ongoing issues that outweigh that benefit. Trash is a major problem — this is what the dumpsters and surrounding areas look like on a regular basis. The streets throughout the complex are often unclean, and the interior walls of the buildings are frequently scuffed and poorly maintained. Package security is another major concern. Packages are frequently stolen from the mailroom. Although there is a locker system in place, I was told it is not functioning properly, and no timeline was provided for when it would be fixed. The front desk staff can also be unprofessional at times. They do not speak Spanish and often rely on Google Translate, which makes it difficult for Spanish-speaking residents to clearly understand billing issues or fees being charged to their accounts. Speaking of fees, I pay roughly an additional $300 per month for amenities such as the pool, gym, parking, and trash services. Despite this, the parking gate is almost always broken and remains open, making the area feel unsafe. My car has been damaged multiple times in the parking lot. Security overall is minimal. The pool is frequently closed due to maintenance or regulatory issues, and the gym often lacks basic supplies such as disinfectant wipes. For the amount of money being charged, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You could likely find a much better living situation in a nicer area, such as closer to Cherry Creek, or even at the apartments behind UCHealth. Overall, my experience here has been disappointing. Since the recent change in management, things seem to have declined further. The previous management had its own issues, but they appeared more engaged. The current management seems primarily focused on filling units rather than maintaining quality or addressing resident concerns.

I’ve really enjoyed living here over the past year and a half and would recommend it to others. The apartments themselves are nice and modern, and the amenities like the gym and pool are nice. The leasing office staff have always been helpful, but I want to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team—specifically RC Cruz. I had a late-night emergency, and RC was incredibly calm, attentive, and helpful. He provided 5-star service during a stressful situation. It’s a relief knowing the maintenance team is so reliable. There are a few "growing pains" worth noting: parking can be tight, and sometimes trash is left out by people in the parking lots. While I’ve heard rumors of package issues in the mailroom, I personally haven’t had any problems, though I generally only receive smaller packages using the secure locker system. Also, while the community gate has been missing since opening, they are finally installing one now. Management changed recently, they seem to be on top of making new changes for the better (e.g. fixing the gates, securing doors, hosting some community events). I like the neighborhood and generally feel safe here, though you’ll get the occasional noise around the parking lot (which is expected in apartment living). Rent is on the pricier side, and garages are available but are likely in high demand. Overall, it’s a high-quality place to live--I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.

The leasing and maintenance people seal the deal for me. Every time I stop by for a package or coffee they’re so happy and helpful. Things usually are fixed same day or following. This is one of the nicest apartments I’ve lived in, it feels brand new. The pool and gym are huge and so nice too!
