College Park Apartments Albany, albany-ga

I’ve lived there as an international student, but, unfortunately, had to break my lease earlier than intended due to personal circumstances. Still, the management was very nice and understanding; they even helped me with finding a different student to take over my apartment. The area is under constant surveillance, which always made me feel nothing but safe. Throughout my time of stay I’ve had some electrical issues with the apartment, and the maintenance resolved them promptly on the same day. Would totally recommend this establishment to any student.

I lived here for a year. I stayed in the 2b, it seemed very small at first but better than staying on campus dorm. When it comes to safety there nothing to worry about It was very comfortable and safe area there's cameras everywhere. The apartment building is nice and clean, and pretty quiet and pleasant surrounding to live, I never had to complain. The property manager and everyone else are very pleasant and friendly. If anything is needed they try their best to get it done there and then. Overall my experience was good!

My son stayed at College Park Apartments his sophomore year. The grounds were kept pretty nice, the common area in the unit was a nice size, private bedroom/bath wasn't large but it was very comfortable for a student with a bed, dresser and desk. Nice walk to ASU campus with no safety issues in or around the apartment complex. He did NOT like the Albany area though. When we moved him out July 2021 his unit was not the most up to date but it was still comfortable with the normal appliances and everything in working condition. A small portion of the deposit was kept and no response to my inquiry. I sent a letter explaining why the full deposit should have been refunded. My letter was promptly responded to with a call but I was unable to answer. The balance of the deposit was received in the mail. Thanks College Park! Staying here saved us from having to take thousands of dollars in student loans to have dorm costs and meal plans paid upfront. I worked a few extra hours and paid the $450 rent each month and he took care of his groceries. I would recommend this property without a doubt!

dont come they dont like to fix your ac, you will be hot for 3 weeks at a time with no action

My son is a student athletic at ASU. This company is not trust worthy at all. He and his roommates were cheated out of some of their deposit if not all. I paid my son’s rent faithfully every month and now that it’s time for them to return the deposit Hey are saying he has been late the last 6 months of his lease which totaled $300 (security deposit) and they applied it to his account. During his check out she looked at his account and told him everything was in good standing. I even called to check a couple of weeks later and everything was good even after the walk through. Now they send me a spreadsheet that shows dates that has been “manually” entered to back up your case. My suggestion to this company would be to make copies of checks and stamp date them. Because that lady in that front office was stressed and over worked and paper work was piled up, that lady did not plug in payments when received. One of my checks didn’t clear for at least 3 weeks. Don’t send your students here, the are ripe offs!!!!!!! And then you guys have the audacity to be going up on rent this fall, no way! Stay away!!!!
