Super peaceful accommodation, I'd say this a hidden gem for anyone considering a move to University of Liverpool. Staff are very responsive and friendly. There are occasional maintenance issues which gets delayed but it gets sorted out if you follow up on it. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone joining the uni of Liverpool

Stayed here for my last year of university. The location is conveniently placed right opposite the University of Liverpool, with a Tesco Express right below the building as well as some cafes nearby. The staff were super accommodating, which made me feel welcomed and at ease especially since I was an international student. They were also helpful in many instances, such as giving immediate assistance when I locked myself out of my apartment, and fixing any issues I have in apartment almost immediately after reporting to them about it. Definitely recommended if you're a student looking for a convenient accommodation, you'll be taken care of by the friendliest staff ever!

Very good student accommodation that is close to the University of Liverpool as well as the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, always happy to help with whatever they can, especially Claire, who's been incredibly helpful to me since I moved in. Maintenance issues are very quickly resolved, access to security and a member of staff 24/7. Very happy and would strongly recommend!

Truly a 5 star deserving accommodation. The location is perfectly situated beside the university with shops all surrounding making moving around very easy. The staff were super supportive during my stay and their communication was very reliable. Even during this covid period, the service quality did not decrease and I am happy I decided to go with hello student.👍🏾
