We had a great time at UKO Melbourne. The location was the best thing. Close the Carlton gardens, Melbourne Central and Fitzroy. The shared kitchen and the fitness was always clean and ready to use. The meeting rooms were also very useful. We felt really safe at UKO and the landlord Carlo was always kind and up for chat. The apartment was really nice too and we really liked the personal style, which made it feel like home. We also really appreciated the bathroom with a big shower and our little balcony in the apartment. I almost forgot the rooftop and barbecue which was an amazing opportunity for summer days. All in all we had a great time at Melbourne UKO. The apartment was perfect for couples! We would definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of living at a UKO property, and I can confidently say that my experience was made exceptional thanks to Carlo, the property manager. From the moment I moved in, Carlo was always responsive, attentive, and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to address any issues I had and ensured that I felt well taken care of as a tenant. UKO as a building is modern, well-maintained, and offers great amenities, but it’s Carlo’s excellent management and care that really stand out. He truly cares about the residents and creates a welcoming and hassle-free living environment. If you're looking for a top-notch property manager and a wonderful place to live, I highly recommend! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I stayed in this building for 4 months and really enjoyed my time here. The apartment was modern and comfortable, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The location is super convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The building is safe, quiet and the management team was always helpful and professional. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

UKO made it incredibly easy to relocate interstate. The studio had everything including pans and pots and utensils for cooking, even the rubbish bags. Carlo is an absolute superstar and deserves every bit of the praise, but so do other UKO team members for keeping place immaculate and organised. The location is great, we had 0 issues with other residents, everyone was chill and respectful. It always felt safe. Anyway, will happily be back if I ever have to move for work again ❤️

I absolutely loved my experience at UKO! It was a seamless process from discussing property options whilst being interstate, to finalising the contract and on boarding. The facilies/amenities provided are great and UKO successfully creates a wonderful community environment. Carlo, the building manager, has been instrumental to all my positive feedback. He truly does an amazing job at making sure that everyone feels welcome and settled, and is prompt to action all queries and requests. He went the extra mile to send me videos of available apartments whilst I was deciding in Sydney, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend UKO!!
